Good-bye Hell Hole

On Monday I put in my two week notice at work and they fired me on the spot. That's what they do at SouthCrest. That place sucks! Most places will let you work your two weeks out so they can have time to train some one else or make your life a living hell, but not SouthCrest. They did the same thing to my friend Bobbi but they paid her for her two weeks, they are choosing to not pay me. And they knew my husband was going to have gastric bypass on Nov 1 and my benefits end on 10-31 so I am going to have to pay for Cobra now, but whatever. And Megan, the girl I talked about going out to the business office, well she took my job. She is now not going to the business office. Of course she isn't going to the business office cuz then she would actually have to work. If stays over in registration she has Brenda watching out for her cuz they go drinking together. I mean really how professional is it for our 48 year old boss to go drinking with 23 year old girls? But that's what happens at SouthCrest.

You're The Boss....Applesauce

I totally forgot about Boss's Day on Monday. I was called into their office so they could tell me how I had once again fucked up on an account,but after further investigation it turns out it wasn't me, it was another girl here at the hospital. I got yelled out for nothing, Good times! Anyways while I was in their office, I notice Boss's Day cards on their desk. I really wondered what kiss ass gave our shitty bosses a card. Turns out they were from a girl that doesn't even work for them. HAHAHA. It's pretty bad when no one who actually works for you thinks you are doing a good job.

Creating a Monster

My Mom and I have started making home-made greeting cards. We are selling 10 cards for $10. We have made over 400 cards in the past two weeks and frankly I am tired! We have a craft show this Saturday so we are really beefing up on our stock. So every day this week I have had to go over there and make dippy cards. I am so sick of it. So I am really hoping all this work pays off and we make some money.

I thought the cards were a good idea to make some extra cash but I didn't realize how much work it would be. And now my Mom is loving it because now she thinks I will become a scrapbooker just like she is.....ummm how about no. I like to go out on Friday nights, not go cropping for six hours. So sorry. I can't drink at the scrapbook shop so I will not be going. If I could bring a bottle of wine I just might go. So maybe I can get my Mom to become an alcoholic like me and we can bond over that.

Pay Your Bills Foo!

My truck got repossed Friday. They are now wanting $15,000+ for me to get it back. So I guess I am going to have to let it go. I tried to go to a bank and get a loan and my truck isn't even worth $15,000 so they won't finance me. So I am basically screwed. I was two and half months behind...so I knew it was coming. It just sucks.

I am now looking for a new car. My Mom is going to get it for me and I will just make payments to here. But I think I will save up my money for a while before I go buy another car.

Open Season

Yesterday I took my nephew to see Open Season on the IMAX in 3D. It was good. The movie is funny and has enough adult humor to keep the adults interested. My nephew loved it! He loved Ashton Kutcher's character. He thought he was hilarious! I personally give the movie 3 out of 4 stars.
