Fatties

This woman came in through the ER today because she is 6 weeks post gastric bypass and ate an onion ring and got it stuck. So our boss was telling her how 4 woman in our office have had the gastric bypass surgery and how we get lunch and then eat on it all day long. The patient had the audacity to say "You aren't suppose to graze all day, you are suppose to have 3 meals a day and that's it." HELLO, heifer you are in the ER for eating an onion ring way too early and you are going to judge us, who combined have lost over 470 pounds. I thought it was funny.
